Admin Credentials

During the development process, the Client must provide the Web Designer with the proper Web Developer access of the website host in which the website is being designed.

Wix Admin Procedures

If a Wix site is being configured, the site will be developed in the Web Designer’s account. When it is time for the Client to review the development of the site during the review periods, the Web Designer will send a link for the Client to view the progress via email.

Once development is complete, the Web Designer will transfer ownership to the Client, but the Web Designer will remain to have "Website manager" access in case the Web Designer needs to provide any service or support in the future. If the Client needs to purchase a Wix plan, it is recommended to do so once the ownership is transferred from the Web Designer to the Client.

Please note that additional final touches may need to be made by the Web Designer once the ownership is transferred from the Web Designer to the Client in the Wix platform.

Confidentiality

During the term of the project and afterward, the Web Designer will use reasonable care to prevent the unauthorized use or dissemination of the Client’s confidential information. Confidential information is limited to information clearly marked as confidential. Confidential information does not include information that: the Web Designer knew before Client disclosed it; is or becomes public knowledge through no fault of Web Designer; Web Designer obtains from sources other than Client who owe no duty of confidentiality to Client, or Developer develops independently.
